Three homemade vegetable dips


 


Buffalo Veggie Dip


8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

½ cup buffalo hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)


Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) until smooth and creamy.


Stir in the buffalo hot sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until well combined


Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with green onions.


Serve immediately with fresh veggies like celery, carrots, bell peppers, or cucumber slices. You can also enjoy it with crackers or tortilla chips.


Dill Dip


1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 2 tsp dried dill)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried parsley

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for extra freshness)


Instructions:

In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice (if using).


Add the dill, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.


Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.


Serve chilled with fresh veggies, crackers, or chips.


Ranch Dip


1 cup sour cream

½ cup buttermilk (for extra tang)

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tsp dried dill

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, for depth of flavor)

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice or white vinegar


Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together the sour cream, buttermilk, and mayonnaise until smooth.


Add the dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.


Mix in the Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice (or vinegar) for extra depth.


Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.


Serve chilled with veggies, chips, or as a dressing for salads.
