Ingredients 🥩
Chicken Drumsticks (4): Or thighs, bone-in.
Mac & Cheese:
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
Salt, pepper
Collard Greens (1 bunch): Chopped.
Egg (1, beaten): For breading.
Breadcrumbs or Flour (1 cup): For coating.
Oil (for frying): Vegetable or canola.
Egg (1, hard-boiled): Sliced, for garnish.
Spices: 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt, pepper.
Parsley (2 tbsp, chopped): For garnish.
Instructions 👨🍳
Chicken: Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dip in egg, coat with breadcrumbs or flour. Fry in hot oil (350°F) for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels. 🍗
Mac & Cheese: Boil macaroni, drain. Melt butter, stir in milk and cheese until creamy. Season, bake at 350°F for 15 minutes until golden. 🧀
Collard Greens: Sauté in oil with garlic, salt, and pepper for 15-20 minutes until tender. Add a splash of vinegar if desired. 🌱
