📋 Ingredients:


• 3 lb chuck roast or beef brisket (trimmed)

• 1 large onion (sliced)

• 2 cloves garlic (minced)

• 2 cups beef broth

• ¼ cup soy sauce

• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1 tsp dried thyme

• ½ tsp black pepper

• 1 bay leaf


For Sandwiches:

• 6 hoagie rolls or French bread

• 12 slices provolone or Swiss cheese


🥣 Directions:


1️⃣ Slow Cook the Beef

• Place sliced onions and minced garlic in slow cooker.

• Add beef roast on top.

• Pour beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, black pepper, and bay leaf over beef.

• Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours, until beef is tender and falls apart.

2️⃣ Shred the Beef

• Remove beef, shred with forks, and return to slow cooker. Keep warm in juices (au jus).
