Ingredients 🛒
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
16 slices pepperoni (plus extra for topping)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions 👩🍳
1️⃣ Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Assemble Bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough piece slightly. Add 1 tsp pizza sauce, 2 slices of pepperoni, and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
3️⃣ Prepare Topping: Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over each ball.
4️⃣ Add Extras: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and add a slice of pepperoni for garnish.
5️⃣ Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
