Ingredients:


1 lb ground beef or lamb 🍖

1/2 cup breadcrumbs 🍞

1 egg 🥚

1 tsp garlic powder 🧄

1 tsp dried oregano 🌿

Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

1 cup cooked rice 🍚

1/2 cup diced cucumber 🥒

1/2 cup diced tomatoes 🍅

1/2 cup diced carrots 🥕

Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿

For the Tzatziki Sauce:


1/2 cup Greek yogurt 🥄

1/2 cucumber, grated 🥒

1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋

1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

1 clove garlic, minced 🧄

Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

Instructions:


Make the Meatballs: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine ground beef or lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Roll the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. 🍽️
