***Lemon pepper chicken legs and thighs. Been on a lemon pepper kick lately! Seasoned with kingsfords lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, badia complete. Used grapeseed oil to coat. Baked on 375 uncovered for 70-75 mins. When finished i brushed it with garlic butter and sprinkle with kinders lemon pepper.
***Jasmine rice, bring 3 cups of water to a boil add 1 tbsp of butter and 2 cups of rice. stir, reduce to low heat cover w lid and let cook for 10-12 mins. Seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder. You can add seasoning when adding the rice.
***Zucchini and squash-sauteed in olive oil seasoned wit salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
