🍽️ Ingredients:

For the pastry:


1 sheet puff pastry, thawed 🥐

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash) 🥚

Powdered sugar for dusting ❄️

For the filling:


½ cup chopped mixed nuts (almonds, pine nuts, walnuts) 🌰

¼ cup honey 🍯

¼ cup brown sugar 🍬

½ tsp cinnamon 🌿

1 tbsp butter 🧈
