🍒 Italian Cherry Almond Cookies 🍪


 

Ingredients:

- 1 cup almond flour

- 1/4 cup coconut flour

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 1 tsp almond extract

- 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped

- 1/4 cup sliced almonds


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, and salt.

3. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and almond extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until well combined.

4. Fold in dried cherries and sliced almonds.

5. Use a cookie scoop to form dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

6. Flatten each cookie with the palm of your hand.

7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.

8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet before serving.
