Gourmet gratin with leek, lardons & raclette 😍 ons

🍽️ For: 4 to 6 persons
🛒 Ingredients:
: Gratin base:
12 medium potatoes
3 leeks
150 g lardons or smoked salmon
🥛 Creamy device:
3 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of salt and pepper.
2 egg yolks
20 cl of liquid fresh cream
20 cl of milk
🧀 Scratching:
A few slices of raclette cheese
👩 🍳 Preparation:
🔪 1. Prepare the potatoes and leeks
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Soak them for 10 minutes in salted boiling water, then drain them.
Wash and grind leeks into thin rounds.
Put them back in a pan with a butter hazelnut for 5 minutes, until they’re melted.
🥓 2. Prepare the filling
Put the lardons back in the frying pan (no grease) until well golden brown.
If you’re using smoked salmon cut it into small pieces and reserve.
🏺 3. Prepare the creamy device
In a bowl, mix the cream, milk, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Add the egg yolks and mix well.
🍲 4. Assemble the gratin
Preheat your oven to 200°C (th. 6-7) .
Butter up a gratin dish.
Arrange a layer of potatoes, a layer of melted leek, then the lardons (or smoked salmon).
Repeat the sofas until the ingredients are out.
Pour the matching creammilk mixture over the gratin.
Lay the raclette cheese slices on top.
🔥 5. Get it grated
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top is well golden and melted.
🤩 Tips for an even tastier gratin!
✔️Add some crunch! Parssemez with crushed walnuts or capers before baking.
✔️ Want a more intense taste? Add shredder or shredder in addition to the raclette.
