Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5-6 pepperoncini peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
3. Place the butter on top of the chicken and mixes.
4. Add the pepperoncini peppers on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
6. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce before serving.
