Ingredients:
2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
4 large potatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup beef broth
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
Instructions:
Layer the Ingredients: In the crockpot, layer the cubed steak, diced potatoes, and diced onion. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
Add the Liquid: In a small bowl, combine the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture evenly over the ingredients in the crockpot.
Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the steak is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
Add the Cheese: In the final 10–15 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover the crockpot and let the cheese melt.
Serve and Enjoy: Scoop the mixture into bowls and serve warm. Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley or green onions for extra flavor.
