Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake

 



A slow-cooked, cheesy steak and potato meal packed with flavor!


Ingredients:


1 ½ lbs steak, cubed

4 cups potatoes, diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup beef broth

½ cup sour cream

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ cup cooked beef bacon, crumbled

Instructions:

Place steak and potatoes in the crockpot. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour in beef broth. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir in sour cream and cheddar cheese, then top with crumbled beef bacon. Serve warm.
