Crock Pot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa Recipe

Ingredients:

✅ 1 (16 oz) package frozen pierogies

✅ 1 (14 oz) kielbasa sausage, sliced

✅ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

✅ 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom (or cream of chicken) soup

✅ 1 cup sour cream

✅ ½ cup milk

✅ ½ teaspoon garlic powder

✅ ½ teaspoon onion powder

✅ ½ teaspoon black pepper

✅ 1 tablespoon butter, melted

✅ ¼ cup chopped green onions (for garnish)


Instructions:

1️⃣ Layer the Ingredients: In a greased crockpot, place half of the frozen pierogies, then add half of the sliced kielbasa. Repeat with the remaining pierogies and kielbasa.

2️⃣ Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
