Ingredients 🛒:

✅ For the Steak:


1 lb sirloin or filet mignon, cut into bite-sized pieces 🥩

1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

1 tbsp unsalted butter 🧈

½ tsp salt 🧂

½ tsp black pepper 🌿

½ tsp garlic powder 🧄

✅ For the Fettuccine Alfredo:


8 oz fettuccine pasta 🍝

2 tbsp unsalted butter 🧈

3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

1 ½ cups heavy cream 🥛

1 cup grated parmesan cheese 🧀

½ tsp salt & black pepper 🧂

¼ tsp nutmeg (optional) 🌰

✅ For Garnish:


1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿

Extra parmesan for topping 🧀

Instructions 🍽️:

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta: Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.


2️⃣ Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Season steak pieces with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.


3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Simmer until the sauce thickens.


4️⃣ Combine & Serve: Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce. Plate the pasta, top with seared steak, and sprinkle fresh parsley and extra parmesan.
