Ingredients:

2 lbs beef stew meat or beef tips

1 cup beef broth

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 packet onion soup mix (optional, for extra flavor)

1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional, for richness)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1 cup sour cream (for added creaminess)

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Beef:


Place the beef stew meat or beef tips in the bottom of your Crockpot.

2️⃣ Add the Liquids:


Pour the beef broth and cream of mushroom soup over the beef. Stir to combine.
