 Chinese Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry 🍗🥬



Ingredients 🛒


2 chicken breasts, diced

4 cups cabbage, shredded

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp ginger, minced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

2 green onions, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Directions 👩‍🍳


Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add diced chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add shredded cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until it starts to soften.

Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes (if using), and cooked chicken. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds (optional).

Serve hot and enjoy!
