Instructions:

2️⃣ Shape the mixture into small croquettes or balls.
3️⃣ Coat each croquette in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
4️⃣ Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the croquettes until golden brown.
5️⃣ Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
