Cheeseburger Pretzel Bombs
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
1 tbsp mustard (optional)
1 egg, beaten
Sesame seeds (optional)
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown ground beef with chopped onion, then drain excess fat.
Roll out pretzel dough and cut into small squares. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and cheese in the center of each square.
Fold the dough around the filling, sealing the edges to form a ball.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
