Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Lay the chicken breasts flat on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
4. Stuff each chicken breast with a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture, pressing gently to seal the pocket.
5. Season the outside of the chicken breasts with additional salt, pepper, and paprika.
6. Place the stuffed chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
