So Easy yet delicious Shrimp Fried Rice
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked white rice (day old)
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2cups frozen (thawed) peas and carrots
1 onion, chopped and diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup frozen shrimp peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons low soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
In a pan, add oil, fry the shrimp till cooked. Set aside. In the same pan, add onions and saute till tender. Add garlic and saute till fragrant. Add the rice, peas and carrots and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then, add the soy sauce, sesame oil and the fried shrimp. Mix well till thoroughly combined. Cooked for another minute or 2. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
