Fettuccine with Shrimp in Creamy White Sauce


Recipe:

8 ounces fettuccine 

3 tablespoons butter

1 pound large shrimp

5 cloves garlic, minced 

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded parmesan


Procedures:

Cook the pasta according to package directions. And set it aside.

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook about 3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set it aside.

Add the garlic to the same pan. Sauté until fragrant. 

Add the broth, heavy cream and Parmesan, and stir until the cheese melts and sauce starts to thicken. Add the salt and pepper to taste. 

Add pasta and shrimp into the pan. Mix to combine well. Garnish with extra cheese. Enjoy!
