🍅✨ Roasted Tomatoes with Burrata ✨🍅
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
For the Roasted Tomatoes:
2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes (mixed colors, if possible)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
For Assembly:
1 ball of fresh burrata cheese
Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
1 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)
Optional: Red chili flakes (for a kick)
For Serving:
Crusty bread or baguette slices (lightly toasted)
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Prepare the Tomatoes:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a baking dish, toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Roast the Tomatoes:
Roast in the oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and starting to blister. Remove and set aside.
Assemble the Dish:
Place the burrata cheese in the center of a serving dish. Arrange the roasted tomatoes around the burrata.
Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Sprinkle with red chili flakes, if desired.
Serve:
Serve warm with toasted crusty bread on the side for dipping into the creamy burrata and juicy tomatoes.
