 Mexican Caesar Dressing (Chopt Copycat)



Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (5% milk fat recommended)  

- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce  

- 2 tablespoons olive oil  

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise  

- Juice of 1 lemon  

- 3 garlic cloves, chopped  

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard  

- 2 teaspoons honey  

- 1 teaspoon salt  

- 1 teaspoon pepper  


Directions:

1. In a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients.  

2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.  

3. Taste the dressing and adjust the flavor if needed; add more salt for seasoning or honey to balance the acidity.  

4. Pour the dressing into a jar and store it in the fridge for up to a week (if it lasts that long!).
