Delicious Turkish Manti Recipe 😍 Very delicious
Ingredients:
For the dough:
1 egg
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon yogurt
1 teaspoon water
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 packet baking powder
1 tablespoon vinegar
4.5-5 cups flour
For the filling:
3 dried onions
3 tablespoons oil
500 g medium fat ground beef
Salt, black pepper, oregano, ground red pepper
For the filling:
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon milk
Instructions:
Mix the dough ingredients, knead until smooth, let rest for 30 minutes.
Sauté the onions, add the beef, season and let cool.
Roll out the dough, cut into squares, add the filling and seal into triangles.
Boil the Manti until they float (about 5-7 minutes).
Whisk the egg yolk and milk for the topping.
Drizzle over the cooked Manti, optionally add melted butter or a garlic yogurt sauce.
