Instructions

1. Prepare the Cookie Dough:

In a bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well. Gradually add the dry ingredients to form a dough.
