Golden Cheesy Garlic Bread Squares 🧄🧀
Ingredients:
1 loaf Italian bread (or baguette) 🍞
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 🧈
3 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
1/2 tsp dried parsley 🌿
Salt to taste 🧂
Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿
Instructions:
Prepare the bread: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the loaf of bread into squares, about 1-2 inches thick, and place them on a baking sheet.
Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with the minced garlic, dried oregano, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
Spread the butter: Using a butter knife or spoon, generously spread the garlic butter mixture onto each bread square, ensuring it’s evenly covered.
Add the cheese: Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each bread square, followed by a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
