Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs 🍔

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated biscuits

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.

Make the filling: Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Prepare the biscuits: Cut each biscuit in half.

Assemble the bombs: Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit half. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Seal the bombs: Bring the edges of the biscuit halves together to form a ball, sealing the filling inside.

Bake: Place the bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Serve the cheeseburger bombs warm.

Tips:

You can use any type of ground beef you like for this recipe.

For a spicier bomb, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.

Serve the cheeseburger bombs with your favorite dipping sauces, such as ketchup, mustard, or BBQ sauce.
