Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Coat the chicken strips in the flour mixture, then dip in panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
- For the dip, stir together honey and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
- Serve the chicken tenders with the honey mustard dip.
