Cowboy Butter Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
12 chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Optional: Red pepper flakes for extra spice
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season the chicken wings with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and fresh parsley.
Pour the butter mixture over the chicken wings, tossing to coat evenly.
Bake the wings for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Once done, garnish with additional fresh parsley and red pepper flakes (if using) before serving.
