Ingredients:

3 eggs

1 cup (200g) sugar

½ cup (120ml) milk

½ cup (120ml) oil (vegetable or canola oil)

1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)

A pinch of salt

Optional Add-Ins:

Lemon zest (for a citrusy flavor)

Cocoa powder (for a chocolate version)

Coconut flakes (for extra texture)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:


Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

Grease a cake pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Blend Everything Together:


In a blender, add eggs, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Blend for about 1 minute until smooth.

3️⃣ Add Dry Ingredients:


Add flour and baking powder to the blender.

Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until everything is well combined.

If your blender struggles, stop and mix with a spatula to ensure no lumps remain.

4️⃣ Bake the Cake:


Pour the batter into the greased pan.

Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

5️⃣ Cool & Serve:


Let the cake cool for 10–15 minutes before removing it from the pan.

Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
