Cheesy Pizza Pot Pies

Individual Cheesy Pizza Pot Pies

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or sausage

1 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or your choice of toppings)

1 package refrigerated pizza dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for greasing

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease 4 ramekins or a muffin tin.

In a skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

Add pizza sauce to the skillet with the cooked meat, then season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 4 circles large enough to fit the ramekins or muffin tin.

Press the dough circles into the greased ramekins, making sure they cover the bottom and sides.

Spoon the pizza mixture into the dough-lined ramekins, filling them halfway.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top, and add your favorite pizza toppings (like pepperoni, vegetables, or mushrooms).

Fold any excess dough over the top of the mixture to create a “pie” shape, leaving a small opening in the center.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Allow the pot pies to cool slightly before serving.
