Pecan Pie Dip:




8 oz cream cheese, softened


1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened


1 cup powdered sugar


1/2 cup brown sugar, packed


1 tsp vanilla extract


1 cup chopped pecans


Graham crackers or apple slices for dipping


Instructions:

Mix Cream Cheese and Butter: In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter until smooth and creamy.


Add Sugars and Vanilla: Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until well combined.


Stir in Pecans: Gently fold in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed.


Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with graham crackers or apple slices for dipping.
