Ingredients:


For the Flatbread:


1 lb pizza dough or naan (store-bought or homemade)

1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (packed in oil)

1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 tsp dried oregano

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:


Preheat the Oven:


Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). If you're using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats.

Prepare the Flatbread:


Roll out the pizza dough or naan to your desired thickness on a lightly floured surface. If using pizza dough, stretch it into a flat, rectangular shape.

Place the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or onto the pizza stone if you have one.

Add Toppings:


Brush the dough with olive oil.

Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the surface.

Add the sliced olives, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and red onion (if using).

Sprinkle the dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the top for extra flavor.

Bake the Flatbread:


Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve:


Once out of the oven, sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the flatbread for a burst of color and freshness.

Slice into pieces and serve immediately!

Tips:


You can add a drizzle of balsamic glaze over the top for a sweet tangy finish.

For extra richness, top with a handful of arugula after baking.
