 Gourmet Cheesy Mushroom and Garlic Toasts



Ingredients:

- 8 slices of crusty bread  

- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced  

- 4 cloves garlic, minced  

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese  

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese  

- 2 tablespoons olive oil  

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped  

- Salt and pepper to taste  


Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).  

2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.  

3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until they are soft and browned. Season with salt and pepper.  

4. Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet. Toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes until they are slightly crisp.  

5. Remove the bread from the oven. Top each slice with the mushroom and garlic mixture.  

6. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of each toast.  

7. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.  

8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
