1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Pasta
12 oz (350g) spaghetti or fettuccine
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
For Garnish
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Extra Parmesan cheese
✅️Instructions:
Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
Cook the steak bites: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Add butter to the skillet, toss to coat, and remove the steak from the pan. Set aside.
Prepare the garlic Parmesan sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Combine pasta and sauce: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Use reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed.
Serve: Plate the pasta and top with the steak bites. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately!
