Cranberry Balsamic Glazed Beef Roast

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

2. Season the beef roast generously with salt and pepper.

3. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat some oil over medium-high heat and brown the roast on all sides.

4. Once browned, remove the roast from the pot and set it aside.

5. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, sautéing until they become translucent.

6. Incorporate the cranberry sauce and balsamic vinegar, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot for added flavor.

7. Place the seared roast back into the pot and pour in the beef broth.

8. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then cover the pot and move it to the preheated oven.

9. Allow it to braise for about 3-4 hours, or until the meat is thoroughly tender.

10. Once finished, let the roast rest for a few minutes before slicing, and serve it with the rich glaze from the pot. Enjoy!
