 CHILI DYNAMITE LUMPIA WITH CHEESE 😋



☘️ Ingredients:

📌1/2 kilo Sili panG sigang 

📌1/2 kilo ground pork

📌4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

📌1 cup green onion, chopped

📌1 cup grated/dice carrots

📌1 teaspoon salt

📌1/2 teaspoon pepper

📌50 pcs  spring roll wrappers

📌Cheese (any brand)                                                                             📌Oil for frying.                     


☘️ Procedure: 

Mix meat and the seasonings well and set aside. 

Cook the meat in the pan, just half way or you can steam the marinated meat. Some people do it uncooked, but I prefer to precook the meat. 

Meanwhile, slice the chilies in the middle part but not all the way, just take out the seeds. Then, add the meat  and cheese fillings inside the chilies. 

On a clean plate, lay the lumpia wrappers, then add the green chilies. Roll the wrappers to cover the green chilies. Sealed with a brush of water. Repeat till the process is done. 

Fry it using your oil of choice. I use coconut oil. Submerge it in oil till fully covered. Fry it till golden brown and crispy. Place on top of a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
