 Brown Sugar Potatoes! Sweet, buttery, and downright delicious! 



Ingredients:


2 lbs baby potatoes, halved

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Directions:


Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

Add the halved baby potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the mixture.

Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through, until they are tender and caramelized.

Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
