Ingredients:



1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

4 sticks (2 cups) unsalted butter, softened

3 cups granulated sugar

7 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 1/2 cups cake flour

Directions:

1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Grease and flour a bundt or tube pan.

2. Cream Butter, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, and Sugar:

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, butter, and sugar for about 7 minutes, until light and fluffy.

3. Add Eggs:

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4. Add Vanilla:

Mix in the vanilla extract.

5. Slowly Add Flour:

Gradually add the cake flour, mixing on low speed until just combined.

6. Bake:

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7. Cool:

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
