Classic Cheeseburger Recipe 🥪
Ingredients
For the Burgers:
- 1 lb ground beef (preferably 80% lean, 20% fat for juiciness)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese (or your cheese of choice)
- 4 hamburger buns (sesame seed or plain)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (for added flavor)
Toppings:
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Red onion slices
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
#### Instructions
1. Prepare the Patties:

- Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side without pressing down (this helps retain juices).
- Flip the patties and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes for medium doneness (adjust cooking time according to your preference). During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover with a lid to help it melt.
4. Toast the Buns:
- While the patties are finishing, you can toast the hamburger buns. Place them cut-side down on the grill or in a separate skillet until golden brown.
5. Assemble the Burgers:
- Start with the bottom half of the toasted bun. Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on top.
- Add your desired toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.
- Spread ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise on the top half of the
