boneless, skin-on chicken

 Delicious 😋 Ingredients:

 • 4 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs (or chicken breast if you prefer)

 • 2 tbsp soy sauce

 • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

 • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

 • 2 tbsp honey or sugar

 • 1 tbsp rice wine (or dry sherry)

 • 1 clove garlic, minced

 • 1 tsp grated ginger

 • 1 tbsp sesame oil

 • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

 1. Marinate the Chicken:

 • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, honey, rice wine, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

 • Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, coating each piece thoroughly. Marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator (overnight for best results).

 2. Preheat the Oven:

 • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

 3. Roll the Chicken:

 • Roll each piece of marinated chicken thigh tightly and secure it with kitchen twine if necessary to hold its shape.

 4. Bake the Chicken:

 • Place the chicken rolls on a baking sheet lined with foil or in a roasting pan.

 • Brush some extra marinade on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes, basting with the marinade halfway through. For extra caramelization, turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and slightly charred.

 5. Rest and Slice:

 • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Remove the twine (if used), then slice into rounds.

 6. Serve:

 • Arrange the chicken slices on a serving dish and drizzle any remaining glaze from the pan over the top.
