Ingredients

Produce:

1 1/4 cups freeze-dried blueberries, finely crushed

Baking & Spices:

1/2 teaspoon purple gel food coloring (optional, for enhanced color)

Snacks:

26 oz white chocolate melting wafers

Dairy:

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Pan:

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

2. Melt the Chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate melting wafers and sweetened condensed milk.

Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted.

3. Add Blueberry Flavor and Color:

Stir in the freeze-dried blueberry powder until well combined.

Add the purple gel food coloring if desired for a richer color. Mix thoroughly until the fudge is evenly tinted.

4. Pour and Set:

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Tap the dish gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

5. Chill:

Refrigerate the fudge for 2-3 hours, or until firm and set.

6. Slice and Serve:

Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang.

Cut into bite-sized squares and serve.
