Ingredients
2 racks of baby back ribs (about 4 pounds)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
For Homemade BBQ Sauce (optional):
1 cup ketchup
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika

Directions
Prepare the Ribs:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Prepare Ribs:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

After baking, remove the foil and brush a generous layer of BBQ sauce over the ribs. Return to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting with more sauce halfway through.

Wash and peel (if desired) the potatoes. Cut them into fry shapes (about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick).

In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Bake the Fries:
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
