Autumn Pumpkin Spice Crumble Cake 🍂🎃🍰 A Fall Favorite!

 



Ingredients:

- 1 cup packed light brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 cup all-purpose flour


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Mix until well blended.

3. In a separate bowl, prepare your pumpkin puree. If using fresh pumpkin, ensure it's cooked and mashed.

4. Add the pumpkin puree to the dry ingredients and mix well until the batter is smooth.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, spreading it evenly.

6. To make the crumble topping, mix together 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup softened butter, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl until crumbly.

7. Sprinkle the crumble topping generously over the cake batter.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
