Amish Wedding Steak
Ingredients:
2 pounds of ground beef1 diced onion1 can of mushrooms (can also use fresh)
2 cups of crushed soda crackers
2 cups of milk1 can of cream of mushroom soup1 can of water (using the soup can for measurement)Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Mix meat, crumbs, milk, onion, and spices. Pat into a square cake pan and let it sit overnight.When you are ready, cut into squares. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Coat with flour and brown in butter.Transfer to a baking dish and cover with a mixture of soup, water, and mushrooms.
