Sweet and Spicy Maple Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower Bites.
Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1-2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the Sauce:
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Coat the Cauliflower:
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
Roast the Cauliflower:
Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and caramelized.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zing.
