Ingredients
20Olives halved
1 teaspoonMustard seeds
1/2 teaspoonFenugreek seeds (methi dana)
1/4 teaspoonAsafoetida
1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
1 teaspoonRed chili powder
Saltto taste
3 tablespoonOlive oil
1/3 cupVinegar

Directions
Step1Dry roast half of the mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, cumin seeds and grind dry roasted ingredients along with red chili powder to a fine powder.
Step2Heat oil in a non stick pan and add mustard seeds and when once they splutter, add ground powder, salt, and mix it well.
Step3Saute for a minute and add vinegar and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Step4Add olives and mix it well and keep aside ti cool.
Step5Pour in sterilized jar and use as required.
Olives are a good source of iron, which is important for the transport of oxygen in red blood cells.
