Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Stuffed Waffle Cone Recipe 🍑🍦

Ingredients:

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)

For the Peach Filling:

1 cup fresh or canned peaches, diced

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

For the Waffle Cones:

4-6 store-bought waffle cones

Optional: melted chocolate for dipping

Optional: crushed graham crackers for garnish

Directions:

Prepare the Peach Filling:

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the diced peaches, granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch (if using). Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mixture is heated through and thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.

Make the Cheesecake Filling:

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.

Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Waffle Cones:

If desired, dip the rim of each waffle cone into melted chocolate and then into crushed graham crackers for added texture and flavor. Allow to set.

Using a piping bag or spoon, fill each waffle cone with a layer of the cheesecake filling.

Add a layer of the peach filling on top of the cheesecake layer.

Repeat the layers until the cone is filled, finishing with the cheesecake filling on top.

Chill:

Place the filled waffle cones in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to an hour to set slightly.

Serve:

Drizzle additional chocolate or caramel sauce over the top if desired, and garnish with more crushed graham crackers.

Enjoy your Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Stuffed Waffle Cone! 🍑🍦✨
