Crispy Salmon Bites Cooked in an Air Fryer
Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)
Lemon wedges for serving
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
In a bowl, toss the salmon bites with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. If you want extra crunch, lightly coat the salmon bites with panko breadcrumbs.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is golden and crispy.
Remove the crispy salmon bites from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
