Cream Cheese Pie
Ingredients:
Filling:
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 prepared graham cracker crust
Topping:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth and well combined.
Pour the filling mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 35 minutes.
While the pie is baking, prepare the topping by mixing sour cream, sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth.
After 35 minutes of baking, remove the pie from the oven and increase the temperature to 450°F.
Spread the sour cream topping evenly over the pie and return it to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Let the pie cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
